RYA Navigation Courses

RYA Essential Navigation & Seamanship - Classroom

This popular short theory course is for anyone interested in sailing, motor boating, sea angling or diving, and works well in complementing our on-the-water training.

RYA Dayskipper Shorebased

The RYA Day Skipper Shore based course will give you a comprehensive knowledge of seamanship, navigation and meteorology.

RYA Coastal Skipper / Yachtmaster Offshore Shorebased

This is an advanced course which follows on from the RYA Day Skipper Theory

RYA Support Courses

RYA VHF SRC Radio

This is the radio operator qualification which authorises the holder to operate a VHF radio fitted with Digital Selective Calling (DSC)

RYA Diesel Engine

Our one day Diesel Engine course will cover the complete RYA syllabus that is relevant to all diesel engines

RYA First Aid

In a medical emergency a little first aid knowledge and immediate action can save lives
